By accessing or using Dravoe AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Description of Services
Dravoe AI provides an applied artificial intelligence platform for healthcare navigation and patient engagement. Our services include conversational AI interfaces, EHR integration capabilities, scheduling system connections, and analytics tools designed to help health systems guide patients through their healthcare journey.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data • Impersonate any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services • Collect or harvest any information from our platform without authorization
5. Healthcare Compliance
Our platform is designed to support healthcare organizations in compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations. Dravoe AI will execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as required.
6. Intellectual Property
The Dravoe AI platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dravoe AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Dravoe AI is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dravoe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dravoe AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
